My sister and I went in together looking to get our nails done. My sister showed a reference picture and the worker said she could do it. But when the nails came out they weren't what my sister expected (as in they didn't look like the coffin shape or the ombré colors in the picture) and asked to have them reshaped and just repainted black. The workers were very rude and kept saying things like "oh my god" to her. Then when it was my time to get my nails they cut my fingers with the machine and my fingers bled. They missed parts of my nails that didn't have acrylic on them and the nail polish never dried. Even after sitting under the fans and waiting about 45 minutes at home.

I don't know if they've gotten new nail people since the prior reviews, but now this place is amazing. They are speedy, friendly, insanely underpriced, and they do a great job. I had two different nail techs and they both did a great job. My pedicurist asked before she cut anything, and when I told her yes please go to town on my cuticles and ingrown toenail, she did a better job than any other place. She warned me before really digging and always told me to tell her if anything hurt, so the people complaining before that they got nicked...I don't know, sometimes that happens, especially to do an actually good job of cleaning things up. Some people said the place was dirty...as a doctor I can tell you that just because something looks clean vs dusty/dingy does not mean anything. This place uses plastic disposable liners between each pedicure, new or sterile tools, they wear gloves and masks, and they use antiseptic liquids for any small cuts etc. The building is a little dingy, sure, but again, everything they do is clean. My full set ($36 total for spa pedicure including hot stone massage AND full set of acrylics) was perfect, she asked about shape, took care to file to perfection on all sides including underneath, and checked with me at every step. Maybe I just lucked out on both of my technicians? But this place was GREAT to me, and the price is unbeatable. They are also really friendly so if you're unhappy just say something, I cannot imagine they wouldn't fix it for you. Will definitely be going back.
