I truly wish I could give this place a huge 0!!! I normally go to Qnails, but they were so packed the other night I didn't want to wait for a pedi and fill. For my pedi they didn't even smooth my feet and my nail polish was totally messy plus the guy doing my pedi felt like he was pinching my toes. As for my fill you can see my growing natural nail and the line where my fake nail start.

Worst job ever done i wish I would have taken a picture. I called in advance to see if foxy nails had any openings the gentlemen who answered said sure I can take you if you come in the next five minutes I show up and he's waiting at the front door. This guy looked very odd and jumpy not only is this place look unsanitary and has all the red flags I chose to ignore this things because I was in a hurry to get my nails done. Not only did this man butcher my nails and toenails after leaving them uneven and using old polish that didn't dry correctly he starts complaint about his other customers and how hard it is to keep a business and how his customers don't tip or come back.. hmm I wonder why. Meanwhile some other customer walks in and he stops what he's doing to help her and leaves me sitting there for an extra 20 min I could not stand one more second in this shop so I got up and walked away without a full refund. Oh yeah that was my fault for paying ahead ofTime. I don't recommend coming to this shop however if you've had a pleasant experience then you must be lucky anyways I prefer divas nails on schnoor.

A friend and I decided to go here because the place we usually go was packed. I used to go here years ago and always had a good experience. Immediately walking in I could tell new owners had taken over. It was a ghost town in there on a Saturday morning. The reason for the two stars is the owner, he seemed to be on drugs. He kept interrupting your conversations and would say strange inappropriate things, I also witnessed him be extremely rude to his wife in front of the customers and was talking down to her. Also, When my friend had her tub drained the whole place started to smell like sewage. Their children were there and were very cute, I feel bad leaving a negative review but this experience was the most awkward experience I have ever had getting a pedicure. Two stars because the pedi was decent and the wife and children were sweet.

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! I didn't know there was new owners, well I certainly found out quick enough. I have not had acrylic nails in several years and after how mine came out, I wish I could rip them off!!! But, they clipped offmy real nails, so I'm screwed! I had previously heard raving reviews about this place for their work and have had pedicures there before, so I figured I go and get beautified. Uh, NO! When I tried to tell them what I wanted, they ignored me and continued. Exactly when did manicurist begin trimming your cuticles AFTER they have have done your nails?! I already have petite and dainty hands and after their nail job, I look like a hobbit or gargoyle! White tips are supposed to be TIPS, as in the END of your fingertip, NOT in the middle of your nail bed! My fingers look even shorter now. Compound that with the fact the thickness is no where near natural and the width of them is quite larger than my natural nails, ugh. Just UGH!!! I waited years to have acrylic nails again and THIS is what I got?!On top of the male owner/husband being tweaked out on drugs, raving and asking who to call about all the poisonous snakes "all over the inside" of his mother in laws home, telling his wife in no uncertain terms to "quiet, get back to work", while he got in a truck and broke traction just exiting the parking stall and then driveway!I want my nails fixed, but could not voice alot since my child was there, but I'm actually afraid of returning! I'm DEFINITELY NOT PAYING FOR THEM TO FIX THEM!!!!

Attention! New owners at foxy nails experienced horrible service! I had got a set done with Polish color and I was able to see threw them in outdoors so I went in a week later on a Saturday. Notice I live out in the country and don't have a lot of free time. I went in and toled them my situation it was two older men and a women and they recharged me the service just to get the Polish repainted for something they didn't do correct. I felt humiliated by the fact that they were talking their language and knew they were talking about me by the fact they would like at me each time. They give unequal rights! Theywould offer specials, discounts and free detailing to those who came in while the charged me the service. I felt unwelcomed, I had gone to foxy nails in madera,CA for a couple years and I truly miss the old owner and the teamwork. The fact that the new owner humiliated me, unequal rights and disrespected me while I was trying to communicate with them and did completely ignore me was unnecessary! I have nothing against them truly to say that for so many years I attended foxy nails it'll be the last time I go. I share my experience to those who haven't gone and for those who got good service from them lucky you.
