Horrible she filed my nails down so bad they were left raw ! I asked for the first picture and didn't even get close to that. I didn't even want them to fix it because my nails hurt so bad.

I called and tried to set an appointment and was told to come in they weren't busy. Little did they know I was already outside grabbing a coffee at a Starbucks next door. I arrived and every tech was busy. So I had to wait for a good 20 minutes. Why lie? Just make the appointment. The guy that assisted me was drenched in the smell of cheap cigarettes, he also kept coughing without covering his mouth and was the only person not wearing a mask. He didn't do a good job, it was a lazy job and very overpriced. Also, Why charge to remove gel if I'm paying AN EXTRA 20$ to put it back on! It seems that in the Imperial valley all the nails salons do this. Why lose business and clientele? Make an affordable menu don't charge extra for little things that should be included in the service. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon to anyone.

worst pedicure!
I asked for the deluxe pedicure and the lady just removed the gel polish and started painting my nails. She realized she made a mistake when she looked that everyone's else exfoliates and follows the steps to for a pedicure and continued to finish painting my nails and did everything half ass.

Horrible service I did my nails and they okay the finish is not good however my feet are horrible she cut one nail more than the others
I told her and she got mad she said WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO
And I said lower your voice just avoid this place at all cost RUDE and I pay with card and she said the fee is a government fee lol
She thinks we are ignorant people

I decided to give this place another try because I haven't been happy with any of the other nail shops here in the valley. The last time I was here I got natural pink dip powder but for some reason the powder looked bubbly when it settled. This time I came for French almond tip nails. First the girl put some of the tips on crooked and she filed them in to more of a round bulky shape. I had to ask her to fix everything. She seemed rushed for some reason even tho they weren't busy, and i was actually being polite to her. When she was filing my nails in to the almond shape, she was filing too hard and she cut my skin! Idk why this keeps happening to me. Every nail shop here has cut my skin when they file my nails. Anyways, the final product was mediocre and the pedicure wasn't too bad. The lady was lucky I still left her a tip.
